In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gojira FC's goalkeeper Geronimo Rivero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Tiburcio Egoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Feliciano Cresencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiburcio Egoitz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Horacio Abeijon came out and tried to block the shot, but Tiburcio Egoitz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. A collision led to Ñorquín getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Segundo Telo hit a great ball. Horacio Abeijon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Egoitz in the 18th minute of the match. Ñorquín's Horacio Abeijon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Ñorquín from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Feliciano Cresencio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gojira FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliciano Cresencio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horacio Abeijon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonides Danel's late challenge caught a Gojira FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonides Danel helped the player get up and apologised. Leonides Danel kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Benjamin Domingues hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Adan Odilon from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Horacio Abeijon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Feliciano Cresencio came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Horacio Abeijon could save by the left post. Jacobo Firme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Geronimo Rivero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tiburcio Egoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horacio Abeijon was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Genaro Bero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Geronimo Rivero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliciano Cresencio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horacio Abeijon having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Genaro Bero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Feliciano Cresencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Horacio Abeijon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Berart in the 67th minute of play forced Ñorquín's goalkeeper Horacio Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gojira FC's Feliciano Cresencio in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ñorquín's goalie prevented a goal. If Feliciano Cresencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Feliciano Cresencio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gojira FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliciano Cresencio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horacio Abeijon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiburcio Egoitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horacio Abeijon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Feliciano Cresencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Abeijon having to interfere. Tiburcio Egoitz struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Horacio Abeijon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gojira FC. Benjamin Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Feliciano Cresencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Abeijon having to interfere. Tiburcio Egoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Ñorquín's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Cresencio came free, but Horacio Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Feliciano Cresencio notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Ñorquín's Horacio Abeijon. Horacio Abeijon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gojira FC had played much better football throughout.
