Roman Jorrin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Geronimo Rivero made a huge save. Roman Jorrin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Geronimo Rivero firmly grabbed it by the left post. Abel Birjaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Egoitz in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match, Roman Jorrin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Geronimo Rivero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Geronimo Rivero came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Kincho FC's Benjamin Lauro. But to his dismay, Benjamin Lauro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Abel Birjaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Egoitz in the 39th minute of play. Geronimo Rivero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Admon, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Kincho FC's Abel Birjaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Cresencio in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Roman Jorrin sped through Gojira FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Geronimo Rivero. Gojira FC's Geronimo Rivero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Inguma in the 58th minute of play. Mauro Fagondo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Geronimo Rivero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Admon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Roman Jorrin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Rivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Cresencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Abel Birjaio made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Inguma in the 90th minute of play forced Gojira FC's goalkeeper Geronimo Rivero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Antonio Inguma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geronimo Rivero. Gojira FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antonio Inguma was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0.
