Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) Vinicio Fortun started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Francisco Chap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Bero in the 6th minute of play. Jacobo Firme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Chap having to interfere. In the 13th minute of the match Albino Garin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Francisco Chap showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Horacio Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Guilabertus in the 17th minute of play. Horacio Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Fortun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Jacobo Firme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ñorquín's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Firme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Chap breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jacobo Firme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genaro Bero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Leonides Danel fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ñorquín's protests and gave Leonides Danel a yellow card for diving instead. Leonides Danel kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Ñorquín's Genaro Bero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francisco Chap narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 46th match minute, Ñorquín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Domingues to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Genaro Bero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jacobo Firme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 minutes of play Ñorquín's Leonides Danel was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 56th match minute, Ñorquín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Danel to maneuver through the defense. If Nereo Guilabertus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Firme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Francisco Chap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vinicio Fortun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Abeijon having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Fortun in the 68th minute of play forced Ñorquín's goalkeeper Horacio Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Firme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Francisco Chap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ñorquín's Horacio Abeijon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Ñorquín from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute, Vinicio Fortun fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 80th minute, Nereo Guilabertus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vinicio Fortun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horacio Abeijon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. A collision led to Gimnasia y Esgrima LP getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Ezequiel Kinsen hit a great ball. Francisco Chap came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Ñorquín's Jacobo Firme. But to his dismay, Jacobo Firme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jacobo Firme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Chap having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ñorquín fully deserved thier win.
