In the 10th minute, Patricio Bertin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patricio Bertin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Gaueko having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patricio Bertin got free with Aquilino Gaueko in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Resakiados's Nicanor Gilabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Balasi in the 22nd minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Soto fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 26 minutes, Resakiados's Angel Reyes got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Aquilino Gaueko. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Cristobal Eladio took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Aquilino Gaueko to make any attempt to save it.

The wind increased when Cristobal Eladio made the kick off in the second half. In the 86th minute, one of Soto:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Soto. Laureano Bastia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Gilabert having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Patricio Bertin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquilino Gaueko was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Resakiados were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Soto for a fine match.
