In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Sanabria's goalkeeper Tobias Beltxe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Arsenio Teofilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 29 minutes, Justino Mikeldi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calfucurá's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justino Mikeldi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Munio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Beltxe having to interfere. The supporters of Calfucurá booed when Sanabria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Ishmael didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Sanabria getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Santiago Cloyo hit a great ball. Tobias Beltxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Munio in the 36th minute of the match. When Calfucurá's Carlos Munio in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sanabria's goalie prevented a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Munio to strike the kick off in the second half. If Melchor Caitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Melchor Caitano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sanabria's supporters rose to their feet, but Melchor Caitano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Iztal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 62 minutes of play, Calfucurá's Arsenio Teofilio made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tobias Beltxe was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Sanabria getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Justo Rodas hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Calfucurá's Isaac Caton got a free kick in the 73rd minute. When Arsenio Teofilio came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Calfucurá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arsenio Teofilio couldn't finish the play. After 77 played minutes Sanabria got a freekick which was hit by Justo Rodas. Sanabria's Tobias Beltxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Teofilio in the 80th minute of play. Arsenio Teofilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Beltxe having to interfere. After 85 played minutes Calfucurá got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Cresconio. A collision led to Calfucurá getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Justino Mikeldi hit a great ball. In the 89th minute Arsenio Teofilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Beltxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesus Iztal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Caitano in the 91st minute of the match. Tobias Beltxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Teofilio in the 95th minute of play.
