Spectators: 7216 (Terracing: 5413, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Laureano Bastia took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 9th minute Natalio Gabirel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Gaueko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Natalio Gabirel in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Gaueko saved Soto from getting behind. When Zárate AFC's Uriel Eleazar in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Soto's goalie prevented a goal. If Laureano Bastia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laureano Bastia in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Urre saved Zárate AFC from getting behind. Aquilino Gaueko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Eleazar in the 21st minute of play. After 26 played minutes Laureano Bastia rounded Zárate AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Erubiel Balasi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conrado Urre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zárate AFC's goalkeeper Conrado Urre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Conrado Urre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Bastia in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute of the match Maximo Darien sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aquilino Gaueko skillfully saved the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uriel Eleazar to strike the kick off in the second half. Desiderio Hulberto lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 52nd minute, one of Soto:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Soto. When the match had been going on for 54 minutes, Zárate AFC's Maximo Darien got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Aquilino Gaueko. Uriel Eleazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Gaueko having to interfere. A collision led to Soto getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Alejandro Nayely hit a great ball. Zárate AFC's Maximo Darien shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 64th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Aquilino Gaueko but with some difficulty. In the 65th minute, Uriel Eleazar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erubiel Balasi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 played minutes Soto got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Dolfo. Soto's Aquilino Gaueko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Eleazar in the 71st minute of play. Leonardo Dolfo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When Aureliano Todor fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zárate AFC's protests and gave Aureliano Todor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Aureliano Todor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uriel Eleazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Gaueko having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Balasi in the 84th minute of play forced Zárate AFC's goalkeeper Conrado Urre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Natalio Gabirel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zárate AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Natalio Gabirel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquilino Gaueko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute, Uriel Eleazar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Zárate AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maximo Darien in the 98th minute. Laureano Bastia tried in the game's 98th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Aquilino Gaueko. An annoying self made goal, 1-2. The Zárate AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
