Spectators: 7068 (Terracing: 5409, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jonathan Raitin kicked off to start the match. Rodrigo Eyague, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 33rd minute, Wilfredo Orlanda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Parana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Pastor Duardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilfredo Orlanda went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute Jonathan Raitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Club Atletico Parana were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilfredo Orlanda made a kick off. Club Atletico Parana's Freddy Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Raitin in the 53rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Blai during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Club Atletico Parana getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. David Blai hit a great ball. After 55 played minutes, Piojoso 87's Rodrigo Eyague shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Freddy Fernandes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Piojoso 87 reached it. When Piojoso 87's Federico Orlandus in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atletico Parana's goalie prevented a goal. If Federico Orlandus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Raitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Freddy Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Wilfredo Orlanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantino Leobardo didn't quite understand what happened when in the 70 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 71st minute of the game, Teodoro Froylan landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Ernesto Jaunzuria's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Parana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Jaunzuria helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Club Atletico Parana booed when Piojoso 87 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Jaunzuria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorenzo Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pastor Duardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenzo Vidal in the 75th minute. Lorenzo Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Wilfredo Orlanda charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilfredo Orlanda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
