Clodoveo Padro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severiano Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th match minute, Taiel7Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermengildo Locaio to maneuver through the defense. Damian Tartalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Taiel7Fc's Damian Tartalo got control of the ball when Maximiliano Leoiar tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severiano Machado in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damian Tartalo saved Taiel7Fc from getting behind. Maximiliano Leoiar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Damian Tartalo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severiano Machado made a kick off. Severiano Machado took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Tartalo. Damian Tartalo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Anselmo Gotzon fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arenal's protests and gave Anselmo Gotzon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Arenal getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Anselmo Gotzon hit a great ball. Clodoveo Padro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Mino, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Arenal's Severiano Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Leoiar in the 67th minute of play forced Taiel7Fc's goalkeeper Damian Tartalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Severiano Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Damian Tartalo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Taiel7Fc's Damian Tartalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Leoiar in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Arenal fans cheered their team off the field, for while Taiel7Fc had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
