Arenal's Clodoveo Padro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Jurdan in the 5th minute of play. Clodoveo Padro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Jurdan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amador Bartoleme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Leoiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Joel Xabat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Arenal's Maximiliano Leoiar got a free kick in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Tuizón's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Machado came free, but Amador Bartoleme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severiano Machado to make the kick off. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tuizón fans cheered their team off the field, for while Arenal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
