Ignacio Claus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute, Rexas FC's Severiano Brun seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Severiano Brun the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rexas FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Severiano Brun had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 22nd minute, one of Rexas FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rexas FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Chan in the 28th minute of play forced Lunarejos FC's goalkeeper Ignacio Claus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rexas FC's Nicanor Dimo in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lunarejos FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zacarias Chan in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. Anacleto Herauso came out of the goal and Silvio Mantzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Lunarejos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarias Chan came free, but Ignacio Claus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Zacarias Chan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ignacio Claus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zacarias Chan to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Jesus Efraim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lunarejos FC's Ignacio Claus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Aguirre in the 60th minute of play. Jonathan Felo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Marcelo Kinsen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anacleto Herauso firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 78th match minute, Lunarejos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Cristofol to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zacarias Chan in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacio Claus saved Lunarejos FC from getting behind. During the 80th minute of the match Jonas Cristofol completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jonas Cristofol a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Rexas FC made a substitution. Jorge Peter replaced Ivan Richie. In the 84th minute, Marcelo Kinsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, Lunarejos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Dimo came free, but Ignacio Claus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anacleto Herauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Kinsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodosio Escobar's late challenge caught a Rexas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodosio Escobar helped the player get up and apologised. Jorge Peter didn't quite understand what happened when in the 97 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Rexas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
