Ermegildo Lando kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Larra in the 16th minute of play forced Empomadores's goalkeeper Arnoldo Ticho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benicio Conrao during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Empomadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Conrao to maneuver through the defense. Ermegildo Lando's late challenge caught a Characate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ermegildo Lando helped the player get up and apologised. Ermegildo Lando kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Aquiles Eskuin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Uxio in the 32nd minute of the match. Jimeno Uxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luisito Stephen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Aquiles Eskuin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Uxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ermegildo Larra made a kick off. The supporters of Empomadores booed when Characate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Garoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnoldo Ticho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermegildo Larra, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. If Isidoro Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Ermegildo Larra put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arnoldo Ticho. Isidoro Jerrald struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Arnoldo Ticho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Characate. It was Dante Clementi who took care of the corner kick. Dante Clementi made a great header on Empomadores's corner, it was just that Characate's Aquiles Eskuin managed to reach the ball for a save. After a defensive mix-up in Characate's zone, Jeronimo Jenaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquiles Eskuin came out of the goal and Jeronimo Jenaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquiles Eskuin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Uxio in the 93rd minute. Arnoldo Ticho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Larra in the 94th minute of the match. Arnoldo Ticho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Larra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
