Nacho Gaňa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Berbiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. chau juego vendo todo's Inocencio Nikola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Llanos in the 15th minute of play. After 16 played minutes chau juego vendo todo got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Jurdan. In the 17th minute, Generoso Llanos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 19 minutes, Generoso Llanos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Petronila FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Generoso Llanos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Serafino Beti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inocencio Nikola was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. When Leopoldo Nuno fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored chau juego vendo todo's protests and gave Leopoldo Nuno a yellow card for diving instead. Nacho Gaňa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Berbiz in the 44th minute of play. Leopoldo Nuno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Petronila FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eloy Berbiz made a kick off. Petronila FC's Serafino Beti got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Petronila FC's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Arnas came free, but Nacho Gaňa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eloy Berbiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Nacho Gaňa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Serafino Beti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ramiro Natanael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Berbiz in the 81st minute of play forced Petronila FC's goalkeeper Nacho Gaňa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Generoso Llanos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Inocencio Nikola, 0-2.
