After 25 minutes of play, Celeste y Oro's Alvaro Benet made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leon Nuñez's late challenge caught a Flores Forever Nice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Nuñez helped the player get up and apologised. Hipolito Teyo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Laureano Millan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Gasteiz made a kick off. Alvaro Benet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Bautista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute Alvaro Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Bautista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Alvaro Benet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
