Santo Galo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santo Galo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Bero having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Atilano Blasi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermengildo Bero. Demaria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Atilano Blasi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Santo Galo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Hermengildo Bero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Fonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Demaria's Mariano Fonso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Geronimo Matei. That made the score 2-1 after 38 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Sugoi during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jorge Sugoi kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Demaria's Hermengildo Bero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Kiliz in the 54th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Julio Mambru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geronimo Matei was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Atilano Blasi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermengildo Bero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Salomillo AC's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Mambru came free, but Geronimo Matei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute Santo Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Bero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
