River Plate's Paulo Gabon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Cruz in the 24th minute of play. After 27 minutes, Higinio Ignazio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the River Plate and the Aquiles Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to River Plate getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Higinio Ignazio hit a great ball. Higinio Ignazio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luisito Cruz to strike the kick off in the second half. Santos Gabon in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulo Gabon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Felix Dalmai kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Fermin Satordi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 84th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Santos Gabon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Paulo Gabon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match was over Aquiles Football Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than River Plate throughout the match.
