Senillosa's Ambrosio Johans tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute of the match, Teobaldo Ekialde tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ambrosio Johans saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teobaldo Ekialde in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ambrosio Johans saved Senillosa from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arsenio Asier was the one to do the kick off. When Manuel Tolino came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Senillosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Tolino couldn't finish the play. Club Atlético Platense were furious when Danilo Fagildo was red carded, 91 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Atlético Platense! Arnoldo Lehoi kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
