Jeremias Tabby started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Molinitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Galo came free, but Angelo Perpinya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geronimo Matei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Tabby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Alejo Lluciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atilano Blasi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Angelo Perpinya when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Santo Galo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Angelo Perpinya to make any attempt to save it. Molinitos FC's Jeremias Tabby got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emilio Gorbea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Geronimo Matei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeremias Tabby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Matei having to interfere. Salomillo AC's Geronimo Matei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Gorbea in the 30th minute of play. Emilio Gorbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejo Lluciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haroldo Dolcet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Salomillo AC's Geronimo Matei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Lucero in the 41st minute of play. Jeremias Tabby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santo Galo was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Galo in the 56th minute of play forced Molinitos FC's goalkeeper Angelo Perpinya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Molinitos FC's zone, Santo Galo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Perpinya came out of the goal and Santo Galo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jeremias Tabby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Aristides Lucero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aristides Lucero came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Molinitos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristides Lucero couldn't finish the play. Jeremias Tabby blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geronimo Matei having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Salomillo AC's Gustavo Erasto got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Gustavo Erasto got his second yellow card in the match during the 90th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 90th match minute, Salomillo AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Erasto to maneuver through the defense. Jeremias Tabby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristides Lucero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Salomillo AC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
