The supporters of Pagancillo FC booed when Chivilcoy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Manuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes, Chivilcoy's Leo Eliazar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Isaac Eguen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chivilcoy reached it. After 14 minutes of play, Chivilcoy's Urbano Montrel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaac Eguen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 17 minutes, Bonifacio Goi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pagancillo FC and the Chivilcoy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bonifacio Goi hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Urbano Montrel notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Pagancillo FC's Isaac Eguen. Isaac Eguen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the match, Freddy Abadie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaac Eguen. Pagancillo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Abadie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Primitivo Bernaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Isaac Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Montrel in the 33rd minute of play. Pagancillo FC's Isaac Eguen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Montrel in the 36th minute of play. Freddy Abadie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Eguen having to interfere. Chivilcoy's Freddy Abadie got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Pagancillo FC's Bonifacio Goi got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bonifacio Goi to make the kick off. With his leg Isaac Eguen managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Chivilcoy's Urbano Montrel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Pagancillo FC's Primitivo Bernaldo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Goi in the 56th minute of play forced Chivilcoy's goalkeeper Alvaro Hernando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Hernando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Gilabert, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute Primitivo Bernaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Hernando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 played minutes Chivilcoy got a freekick which was hit by Leo Eliazar. Bonifacio Goi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Hernando having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Leo Eliazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Freddy Abadie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Bizen kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, Chivilcoy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Generoso Manuelo to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Carmelo Gilabert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 84 played minutes Pagancillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Gilabert. Rodrigo Lugo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Isaac Eguen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Chivilcoy's Urbano Montrel in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pagancillo FC's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Leo Eliazar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chivilcoy's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Eliazar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaac Eguen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chivilcoy played a much better game than Pagancillo FC and deserved their victory. The Pagancillo FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
