Perdido AFC's Herminio Mikelats proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Perdido AFC from getting a goal against them. BOSCO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Perdido AFC the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in BOSCO FC's zone, Igor Bizi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Chucho came out of the goal and Igor Bizi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the match, BOSCO FC's goalkeeper Simon Chucho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucio Inko. BOSCO FC's Simon Chucho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Bizi in the 82nd minute of play. BOSCO FC's Zeledon Sabino managed to work through Perdido AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Zeledon Sabino dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After recieving a nice pass, BOSCO FC's Herminio Gorka tried to score from far away in the 89th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Freddy Chinto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Herminio Mikelats read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Freddy Chinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. BOSCO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Chinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herminio Mikelats breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BOSCO FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Perdido AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
