Saverio Asier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Millano having to interfere. If Octavio Martino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Octavio Martino's late challenge caught a Central Córdoba de Sgo.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Octavio Martino helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Almirante Brown's Octavio Martino got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Maldonado to make the kick off. Almirante Brown's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Maldonado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Millano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Central Córdoba de Sgo.'s Pedro Millano got control of the ball when Saverio Asier tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute, Octavio Martino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Central Córdoba de Sgo.'s Pedro Pio got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the match was over Almirante Brown could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Central Córdoba de Sgo. throughout the match.
