The coaching staff of Roosevelt FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vefa Onatkan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Roosevelt FC's Vefa Onatkan got a free kick in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Roosevelt FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Cristos came free, but Ambrosio Jorrin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 minutes of play, Supercelda's Bruno Mel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ambrosio Jorrin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ambrosio Jorrin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Mel, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Ambrosio Jorrin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Cristos in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Roosevelt FC's Flavio Donzel got a free kick in the 18th minute. Erasmo Aragones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Elixio having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Supercelda's zone, Erasmo Aragones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Elixio came out of the goal and Erasmo Aragones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jesus Egoitz during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jesus Egoitz hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. If Erasmo Aragones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bruno Mel fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Supercelda's protests and gave Bruno Mel a yellow card for diving instead. Bruno Mel kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Jorge Elixio stood somewhat misplaced when Erasmo Aragones came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 35 minute. Erasmo Aragones was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Erasmo Aragones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45th minute, Roosevelt FC's Damaso Jax dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Erasmo Aragones made the kick off in the second half. Jorge Elixio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Aragones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Salvador Cristos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Supercelda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Supercelda's Jorge Elixio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Aragones in the 57th minute of play. Ezequiel Nofre hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Roosevelt FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Egoitz came free, but Ambrosio Jorrin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Roosevelt FC booed when Supercelda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Hegoi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
