But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Bikendi couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute, Sergio Goren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Carolo Jakobe made a precise shot to the right of Segundo Chuse. San Lorenzo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Isidro Bartoli made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Faustino Ruy sent off a good shot on target. 29 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Jakobe came free, but Segundo Chuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faustino Ruy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isidro Bartoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Bikendi in the 32nd minute of play. Faustino Ruy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Faustino Ruy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Acuña hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Carolo Jakobe took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Segundo Chuse to make any attempt to save it. Segundo Chuse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisito Ospin went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. With a little luck, San Lorenzo's Segundo Chuse got control of the ball when Carolo Jakobe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carolo Jakobe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luisito Ospin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Segundo Chuse having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Ruy in the 89th minute of play forced Libertarians FC's goalkeeper Isidro Bartoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Faustino Ruy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes in the game, Luisito Ospin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Segundo Chuse having to interfere. The Libertarians FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
