In the 4th minute of the match Diego Salbatore sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Samuel George skillfully saved the ball. When Tambillos's Angelino Muno in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Mejor Vida's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Bikendi in the 7th minute of play forced La Mejor Vida's goalkeeper Samuel George to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Mejor Vida's Cirilo Geleberto got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Siro Urdaspal's late challenge caught a La Mejor Vida's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Siro Urdaspal helped the player get up and apologised. Siro Urdaspal kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Isidro Leobardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Rolando Barrionuevo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvio Bikendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, La Mejor Vida's Fabian Enmanuel got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Angelino Muno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, La Mejor Vida's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Bikendi came free, but Samuel George reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvio Bikendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Samuel George tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Tambillos booed when La Mejor Vida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Misael didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 played minutes Tambillos got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Bikendi. Diego Salbatore kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tambillos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leandro Unax was slow to take the kick. During this time La Mejor Vida's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Leandro Unax almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tambillos's Rolando Barrionuevo did a great save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvio Bikendi during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Tambillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Bikendi to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the game, Isidro Leobardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rolando Barrionuevo. Isidro Leobardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cirilo Geleberto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anier Misael kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Silvio Bikendi could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Samuel George however easily saved by the left post. 59 minutes into the match, Silvio Bikendi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuel George. La Mejor Vida's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvio Bikendi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After having played for 64 minutes, Isidro Leobardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Mejor Vida's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Leobardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Siro Urdaspal kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Virgilio Jaen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcial Monte hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 82 played minutes Tambillos got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Muno. When La Mejor Vida's Cirilo Geleberto in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tambillos's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Tambillos getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Siro Urdaspal hit a great ball. Rolando Barrionuevo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cirilo Geleberto went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Angelino Muno took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Samuel George to make any attempt to save it. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Mejor Vida's goalkeeper Samuel George, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 97th minute, Cirilo Geleberto made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Barrionuevo. Tambillos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-5. Tambillos played a much better game than La Mejor Vida and deserved their victory. The La Mejor Vida players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
