Spectators: 7050 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Adan Azibar made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvestre Boni got free with Federico Rafe in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Generoso Solustiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Federico Rafe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Herminio Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Osoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adan Azibar in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Osoro saved Riverplatense en Bernabeu from getting behind. In the 22nd minute Leonides Baleren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Rafe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Abaunza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Federico Rafe having to make a save. David Osoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Azibar in the 26th minute of play. Donato Abaunza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Rafe having to interfere. Federico Rafe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Abaunza in the 38th minute of the match. Moctezuma FC's Federico Rafe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Abaunza in the 40th minute of play. Moctezuma FC's Federico Rafe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Moctezuma FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 44 minutes, Herminio Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moctezuma FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herminio Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Herminio Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Adan Azibar came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Moctezuma FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adan Azibar couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donato Abaunza made a kick off. When Hector Goren fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moctezuma FC's protests and gave Hector Goren a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Riverplatense en Bernabeu booed when Moctezuma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Goren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Silvestre Boni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adan Azibar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Osoro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Constantino Gaitan charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Constantino Gaitan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th minute of the match Pedro Hermon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Federico Rafe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. David Osoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adan Azibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ceferino Katia charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceferino Katia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 70 minutes into the game, one of Riverplatense en Bernabeu:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Riverplatense en Bernabeu:s David Osoro showed great skill when he stopped Cristian Dominix:s penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Constantino Gaitan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moctezuma FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantino Gaitan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Osoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herminio Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Osoro having to interfere. If Donato Abaunza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Moctezuma FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
