In the 22nd match minute, Franco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Rafe to maneuver through the defense. Gaudencio Raitin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bartolo Baladi. Franco FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolando Ticho in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roman Ignado saved Crotto AFC from getting behind. If Rolando Ticho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Teobaldo Vincent fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Franco FC's protests and gave Teobaldo Vincent a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Crotto AFC booed when Franco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Vincent didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedicto Otoniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedicto Otoniel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Teobaldo Vincent's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roman Ignado firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Rolando Ticho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Franco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Ticho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Ignado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roman Ignado made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Teobaldo Vincent sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteban Janpier in the 78th minute of play forced Franco FC's goalkeeper Bartolo Baladi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80thth minute of the game Rolando Ticho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crotto AFC's Roman Ignado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 83 played minutes Franco FC got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Gaizkine. When Gaudencio Raitin came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Crotto AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaudencio Raitin couldn't finish the play. Rolando Ticho might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roman Ignado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolando Ticho ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolando Ticho in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roman Ignado saved Crotto AFC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Rolando Ticho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roman Ignado. That made the score 0-1 in the 93 minute of play. After 96 minutes, Bernardo Rafe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Franco FC and the Crotto AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Crotto AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Franco FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Franco FC.
