After 18 played minutes Constanza FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Javiero. Leonides Illart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Ezkerra having to interfere. After 21st play minutes Filiberto Cordarrol shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Froilan Ezkerra and just under the crossbar into goal. 25 minutes into the match, Constanza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Illart came free, but Froilan Ezkerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 26 in the game by Leandro Bide from a close distance when the talented Patricio Filipo managed to make a qualified save. Zorros del Desierto's players were relieved. If Baldomero Abadia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Filiberto Cordarrol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 42 minutes into the match, Constanza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Illart came free, but Froilan Ezkerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Zorros del Desierto were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonides Illart to strike the kick off in the second half. Leandro Bide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Patricio Filipo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leandro Bide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Filipo having to interfere. Leandro Bide might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patricio Filipo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leandro Bide ran back to his position shaking his head. Leonides Illart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Ezkerra having to interfere. The supporters of Zorros del Desierto booed when Constanza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Constanza FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Zorros del Desierto:s goal. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for Zorros del Desierto. Jacobo Llorenc stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Froilan Ezkerra. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Illart in the 72nd minute of play forced Constanza FC's goalkeeper Froilan Ezkerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Froilan Ezkerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Illart in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Zorros del Desierto booed when Constanza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Zorros del Desierto's Leonides Illart fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After 82 minutes of play, Zorros del Desierto's Jorge Anaya made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Froilan Ezkerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 85 played minutes Constanza FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Hitz. 89 minutes into the match, Constanza FC's goalkeeper Froilan Ezkerra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filiberto Cordarrol. Filiberto Cordarrol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Froilan Ezkerra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Leonides Illart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Ezkerra having to interfere. Leandro Bide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Constanza FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zorros del Desierto's performance. The match ended with a win for Zorros del Desierto.
