Remigio Fortun came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by CeJaEz's Conrado Felipillo. But to his dismay, Conrado Felipillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Remigio Fortun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Irrintzi in the 13th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conrado Felipillo got free with Remigio Fortun in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Saul Umbruso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saul Umbruso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Severino Dimas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remigio Fortun made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Conrado Felipillo sent off a good shot on target. Conrado Felipillo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Remigio Fortun firmly grabbed it by the left post. Saul Umbruso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 34th minute, Luciano Irrintzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luciano Irrintzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Remigio Fortun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conrado Felipillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severino Dimas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Erroman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 57th match minute, Club Atletico San Lorenzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Umbruso to maneuver through the defense. Severino Dimas stood somewhat misplaced when Saul Umbruso came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 65 minute. Saul Umbruso was extremely unlucky when he, in the 69th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Silvano Nazario kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Club Atletico San Lorenzo's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Felipillo came free, but Remigio Fortun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado Felipillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Remigio Fortun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Saul Umbruso came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Club Atletico San Lorenzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saul Umbruso couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Fidensio kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Paulo Erroman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Severino Dimas made a huge save. Saul Umbruso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Severino Dimas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conrado Felipillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Fortun having to interfere. If Conrado Felipillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CeJaEz fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club Atletico San Lorenzo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
