The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Poncio in the 5th minute of play forced Rosario P Alta's goalkeeper Gregorio Ferran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute Ramiro Txilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Beti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Chaime kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The supporters of Torito FC booed when Rosario P Alta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Gitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregorio Ferran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Poncio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 played minutes Rosario P Alta got a freekick which was hit by Israel Galtero. In the 19th minute, Matias Hitzeder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregorio Ferran was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Ramiro Txilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosario P Alta's Ramiro Txilar got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Godofredo Gregory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Tiburcio Poncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Matias Hitzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godofredo Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Godofredo Gregory might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gregorio Ferran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godofredo Gregory ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Godofredo Gregory to make the kick off. Matias Hitzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Ferran having to interfere. Godofredo Gregory could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Gregorio Ferran made a huge save. Santo Beti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Txilar in the 54th minute of the match. After 56 minutes, Aldo Chaime mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Torito FC and the Rosario P Alta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aldo Chaime hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. If Tiburcio Poncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torito FC's Santo Beti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Txilar in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute of the match Amado Ler shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gregorio Ferran showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 77thth minute of the game Ramiro Txilar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torito FC's Santo Beti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gregorio Ferran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Hitzeder in the 84th minute. Rosario P Alta's Gregorio Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Poncio in the 85th minute of play. Santo Beti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Txilar, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Rosario P Alta's goalkeeper Gregorio Ferran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godofredo Gregory. Rosario P Alta's Gregorio Ferran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Rosario P Alta from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Gitano in the 94th minute of play forced Torito FC's goalkeeper Santo Beti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
