Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Generoso Vigil got the match started through his kick off. After some careless play in the Aldea defense, Anibal Gutxi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justino Santiago. The Aldea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justino Santiago should have stopped the shot. If Eulalio Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Esteban Txanton kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Melquiades Gaspard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilano Bernaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteban Txanton scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Justino Santiago, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Justino Santiago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Luzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Feliberto Bittor kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Generoso Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Gaspard having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Eulalio Abechuco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aldea and the Almagro players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eulalio Abechuco hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A collision led to Almagro getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Anibal Gutxi hit a great ball. Justino Santiago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Bittor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justino Santiago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Txanton in the 33rd minute of play. Braulio Maria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliberto Bittor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Santiago having to interfere. Justino Santiago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Txanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute, Atilano Bernaldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Aldea players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Almagro were winning 0-2.
The crowd rose to their feet as Esteban Txanton kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Justino Santiago. That made the score 0-3 in the 52 minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, one of Almagro:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Generoso Vigil walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The audience was convinced that Generoso Vigil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melquiades Gaspard was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Almagro's zone, Eulalio Abechuco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Gaspard came out of the goal and Eulalio Abechuco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 played minutes Aldea got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Oskitz. A hard shot by Severino Honrio from long distance, 67 minutes into the match, got Justino Santiago's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Almagro's Melquiades Gaspard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Bernaldo in the 68th minute of play. Braulio Maria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melquiades Gaspard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to Almagro getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Simon Karmel hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Almagro's zone, Eulalio Abechuco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Gaspard came out of the goal and Eulalio Abechuco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Generoso Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Gaspard having to interfere. Justino Santiago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anibal Gutxi in the 81st minute. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Esteban Txanton took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Justino Santiago to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Aldea booed when Almagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Tancredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Braulio Maria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Gaspard having to interfere. The supporters of Aldea booed when Almagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Bittor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aldea's Generoso Vigil got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Justino Santiago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anibal Gutxi in the 95th minute. When Almagro's Esteban Txanton in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aldea's goalie prevented a goal. Atilano Bernaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Melquiades Gaspard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle went the supporters of Almagro were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Aldea side.
