Jeronimo Lucila was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stalkers's Americo Asteri got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Costante got free with Humberto Kepa in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonas Chorche, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 22nd minute, Stalkers's Americo Asteri dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Vinicio Arias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dario Costante struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Humberto Kepa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stalkers. Humberto Kepa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Asteri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th match minute, Stalkers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Matei to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute, Filomeno Endira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Chipa FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Americo Asteri came free, but Humberto Kepa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Dario Costante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stalkers's supporters rose to their feet, but Dario Costante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Kepa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Chipa FC. booed when Stalkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Bermund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Justino Roano fired a really elegant long shot, but Jeronimo Lucila threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Adan Edorta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Vinicio Arias got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justino Roano during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chipa FC.! Ricardo Matei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Cristian Izotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeronimo Lucila didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 91st minute, which inside left pole to 2-3. 95 minutes into the game, Agustin Uxio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stalkers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chipa FC. the free kick. After 95 played minutes Stalkers got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Uxio. Adan Edorta charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adan Edorta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Chipa FC.'s Adan Edorta got a free kick in the 97th minute. Vinicio Arias took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeronimo Lucila. Jeronimo Lucila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The Chipa FC. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
