Dragon FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SPORTIVO DJL the free kick. After 10 played minutes Dragon FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Eusko. If Ovidio Marz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Dragon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Oliviero came free, but Gaspar Brais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santo Odon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Marciano Urbes made a huge save. 36 minutes in the game Eulalio Iliana did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Camilo Oliviero. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ovidio Marz was the one to do the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Ovidio Marz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SPORTIVO DJL's Marciano Urbes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SPORTIVO DJL's Marciano Urbes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Marz in the 58th minute of play. Ovidio Marz might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marciano Urbes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ovidio Marz ran back to his position shaking his head. When Dragon FC's Ovidio Marz in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Dragon FC booed when SPORTIVO DJL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Vincent didn't get a good kick on the ball. SPORTIVO DJL were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
