Spectators: 6800 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Santo Castulo started the match with the kick off. Rosendo Fernado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Urbes having to interfere. Ariel Roldan hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 9th match minute, SPORTIVO DJL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Oliviero to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, SPORTIVO DJL's Marciano Urbes got control of the ball when Rosendo Fernado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zeledon Argina made in the 15th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Camilo Oliviero. Santo Castulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 20 minutes, Rodolfo Lehoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saturno FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Lehoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marciano Urbes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Lehoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Saturno FC's Rodolfo Lehoi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marciano Urbes. That made the score 1-0 after 31 minutes of play. SPORTIVO DJL's Marciano Urbes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Lehoi in the 36th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Rodolfo Lehoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saturno FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Lehoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marciano Urbes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ariel Roldan kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Rosendo Fernado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Urbes having to interfere. Rodolfo Lehoi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 45th minute. Saturno FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rosendo Fernado was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Loiola in the 52nd minute of play forced SPORTIVO DJL's goalkeeper Marciano Urbes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Rodolfo Lehoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th match minute, Saturno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Lehoi to maneuver through the defense. Severino Silviano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, SPORTIVO DJL's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Lehoi came free, but Marciano Urbes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Zeledon Argina with Camilo Oliviero as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of Saturno FC booed when SPORTIVO DJL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Silviano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Lehoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rosendo Fernado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SPORTIVO DJL getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Camilo Oliviero hit a great ball. In the 85thth minute of the game Rosendo Fernado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SPORTIVO DJL's Marciano Urbes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute, Rodolfo Lehoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saturno FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in SPORTIVO DJL's zone, Rosendo Fernado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Urbes came out of the goal and Rosendo Fernado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodolfo Lehoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Saturno FC were the better team. Saturno FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
