Spectators: 7169 (Terracing: 5375, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Maximo Hernandez took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute of the match, Rene Chale tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Domingo Firme saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Esteban Mano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Firme having to interfere. Albano Gabino hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Elvio Misael from long distance, 13 minutes into the match, got Domingo Firme's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Octavio Pinto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hernan Lluc having to make a save. If Rene Chale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Andagualá AFC's zone, Esteban Mano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Firme came out of the goal and Esteban Mano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd match minute, Andagualá AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Pinto to maneuver through the defense. Hernan Lluc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Hernandez in the 30th minute of the match. Hernan Lluc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Hernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timoteo Vedillo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. When Esteban Mano came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Margarita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteban Mano couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Domingo Firme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Chale in the 52nd minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Bihar notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Margarita's Hernan Lluc. Hernan Lluc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Esteban Mano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingo Firme was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Rene Chale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Maximo Hernandez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rene Chale in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingo Firme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hernan Lluc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Hernandez in the 76th minute of the match. Esteban Mano struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Domingo Firme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Margarita. Maximo Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernan Lluc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leopoldo Bihar in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute Esteban Mano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Firme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingo Firme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Mano, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Hernandez in the 94th minute of play forced Margarita's goalkeeper Hernan Lluc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 97 played minutes Andagualá AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Orlandus. After 98 played minutes, Margarita's Elvio Misael shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Domingo Firme came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Margarita reached it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Andagualá AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
