In the 20th minute of the match Inocencio Panfilo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but German Leoiar skillfully saved the ball. Elias Ixona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Venceslao in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Astigar in the 33rd minute of play forced Ferroviarios FC's goalkeeper Elias Ixona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Jonathan Natal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Ixona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferroviarios FC's Elias Ixona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Natal in the 37th minute of play. Marcelino Astigar scored 0-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elias Ixona, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ferroviarios FC's Arnoldo Navarro in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Feliberto Gumaro fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferroviarios FC's protests and gave Feliberto Gumaro a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Ferroviarios FC got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Gumaro. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnoldo Navarro in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg German Leoiar saved Mauro topo from getting behind. In the 65th minute, Edgardo Piarres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Astigar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 71 minutes of play, Mauro topo's Jonathan Natal made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elias Ixona was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 75 played minutes, Ferroviarios FC's Ruben Calisto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper German Leoiar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ferroviarios FC reached it. Edgardo Piarres was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. When Marcelino Astigar fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mauro topo's protests and gave Marcelino Astigar a yellow card for diving instead. The Ferroviarios FC fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Ferroviarios FC's Arnoldo Navarro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arnoldo Navarro struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. German Leoiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ferroviarios FC. After 90 played minutes Mauro topo got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Astigar. In the 94th minute, Jonathan Natal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. German Leoiar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnoldo Navarro's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mauro topo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
