Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Armando Umea made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Armando Umea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Ramone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Pedro Donostia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jairo Irrintzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Gartzen, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. When Patricio Stephen fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored V.D.Parque's protests and gave Patricio Stephen a yellow card for diving instead. Jairo Irrintzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Gartzen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cachiñal's Jairo Irrintzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Gartzen in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Severino Oliviero notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cachiñal's Jairo Irrintzi. Jairo Irrintzi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Cachiñal booed when V.D.Parque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Gartzen didn't get a good kick on the ball. V.D.Parque's Bernabe Petri suffered a concussion in the 22nd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 22 minutes, Pedro Donostia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cachiñal and the V.D.Parque players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of V.D.Parque booed when Cachiñal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Donostia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Severino Oliviero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. V.D.Parque's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severino Oliviero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armando Umea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Lino Gartzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Irrintzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Salvator, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lino Gartzen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jairo Irrintzi having to make a save. If Lino Gartzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lino Gartzen made a kick off. Godofredo Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Ramone having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Umea in the 56th minute of play forced V.D.Parque's goalkeeper Ernesto Ramone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in V.D.Parque fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Anibal Maore shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Ernesto Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Umea in the 64th minute of play. Lino Gartzen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Umea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ernesto Ramone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Godofredo Figueroa struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Ernesto Ramone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachiñal. Armando Umea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agustin Salvator's late challenge caught a Cachiñal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agustin Salvator helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, V.D.Parque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Salvator to maneuver through the defense. Armando Umea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Lino Gartzen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The V.D.Parque fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 97th minute Armando Umea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Ramone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. V.D.Parque's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
