River Plate's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Orlo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Lon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciro Orlo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonardo Lon having to make a save. Leonardo Lon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Orlo in the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Ignacio Elequemedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cristobal Peter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. River Plate's goalkeeper Cristobal Peter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ignacio Elequemedo struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Cristobal Peter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panzer Lehr FC. In the 34th minute Edelmiro Sandaili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Peter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Panzer Lehr FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Orlo came free, but Leonardo Lon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Isaac Iraunkor fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panzer Lehr FC's protests and gave Isaac Iraunkor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th minute, Isaac Iraunkor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C. A. River Plate's Ciro Orlo got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, C. A. River Plate's Narciso Montay got a free kick in the 41st minute. Alfonso Meder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Leonardo Lon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The C. A. River Plate players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Panzer Lehr FC were winning 0-1.

Cristobal Peter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Sandaili in the 58th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, C. A. River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Christobal to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, C. A. River Plate's Cristobal Peter got control of the ball when Ignacio Elequemedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Sandaili recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristobal Peter. Edelmiro Sandaili showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Panzer Lehr FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Lon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Amador Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Orlo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonardo Lon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. The goalkeeper, Cristobal Peter, was totally fooled by Panzer Lehr FC's Domingo Salomone, who 78 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 86 minutes into the game, Zeledon Cordarrell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C. A. River Plate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panzer Lehr FC the free kick. Edelmiro Sandaili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Peter having to interfere. Ignacio Elequemedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 94 minutes in the game, Edelmiro Sandaili fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cristobal Peter having to interfere. The supporters of Panzer Lehr FC booed when C. A. River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Fe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristobal Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Salomone in the 100th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Panzer Lehr FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
