Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 3rd minute Hernan Frutos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Chinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Godofredo Odilon had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 8 minutes into the game, Fulgencio Confesor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aedes Aegyptis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave INDIGO CLUB the free kick. Fulgencio Confesor hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. When Silvio Lehen came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the INDIGO CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Lehen couldn't finish the play. After having played for 17 minutes, Silvio Lehen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. INDIGO CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Lehen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fulgencio Confesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Cornelio Larpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 29th minute of the match Fulgencio Confesor completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fulgencio Confesor a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Iker Tirso kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. With his leg Nemesio Chinto managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when INDIGO CLUB's Silvio Lehen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Serafino Sasoin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Higinio Salomone's late challenge caught a INDIGO CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Salomone helped the player get up and apologised. 39 minutes into the game, one of Aedes Aegyptis:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Nemesio Chinto made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Serafino Sasoin sent off a good shot on target. Candido Sindo kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. INDIGO CLUB's Silvio Lehen got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Silvio Lehen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvio Lehen was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, INDIGO CLUB's Serafino Sasoin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nemesio Chinto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Higinio Salomone got his second yellow card in the match during the 63rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Aedes Aegyptis's Higinio Salomone got a free kick in the 63rd minute. German Maxin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nemesio Chinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Lehen in the 66th minute of the match. Nemesio Chinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Lehen, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. When Candido Sindo fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aedes Aegyptis's protests and gave Candido Sindo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of INDIGO CLUB booed when Aedes Aegyptis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Sindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvio Lehen in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nemesio Chinto saved Aedes Aegyptis from getting behind. If Silvio Lehen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silvio Lehen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Nemesio Chinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the INDIGO CLUB players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
