Anacleto Tajo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauro Euloxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Etxepare, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Jose Etxepare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perico AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Etxepare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Euloxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, Patriaverdinegra's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Etxepare came free, but Mauro Euloxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Euloxu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jose Etxepare went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gregorio Hug made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Eloy Rufo sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Etxepare in the 22nd minute of play forced Patriaverdinegra's goalkeeper Mauro Euloxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Perico AFC booed when Patriaverdinegra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Palben didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perico AFC's Anacleto Tajo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Perico AFC's goalkeeper Gregorio Hug had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eloy Rufo. Arturo Arnau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Patriaverdinegra players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Perico AFC were winning 0-2.

Gregorio Hug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Rufo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arturo Arnau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Gregorio Hug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arturo Arnau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perico AFC's Gregorio Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Rufo in the 70th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Cayo in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauro Euloxu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 73 minutes, Justino Iago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patriaverdinegra and the Perico AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 73 minutes into the game, one of Patriaverdinegra:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Perico AFC a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jeronimo Ruisko, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Patriaverdinegra's Mauro Euloxu. 0-3. Jose Etxepare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Arnau in the 90th minute of play forced Perico AFC's goalkeeper Gregorio Hug to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Etxepare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Euloxu having to interfere. 98 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Palben cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Gregorio Hug was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Patriaverdinegra supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Perico AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Perico AFC.
