After recieving a nice pass, Metán AFC's Isidro Ongile tried to score from far away in the 15th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Alberto Vela might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauro Euloxu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The wind increased when Arturo Arnau made the kick off in the second half. Bernardino Bonadona kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. When Eloy Rufo came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Patriaverdinegra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Rufo couldn't finish the play.
