Metán AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Vela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tobias Ongile took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Gaskon. Humberto Gaskon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Marco Erdiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Delfino having to interfere. Alberto Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Gaskon having to interfere. If Tobias Ongile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tobias Ongile in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humberto Gaskon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jimeno Gonsalvo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Alberto Vela had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Gaskon. Reconquista F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Vela was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Humberto Gaskon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Vela in the 36th minute of play. Carolo Ciceron's late challenge caught a Metán AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carolo Ciceron helped the player get up and apologised. Isidro Ongile shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Humberto Gaskon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Ongile in the 41st minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobias Ongile made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Reconquista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Ongile came free, but Humberto Gaskon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Gaskon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match was over Metán AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Reconquista F.C throughout the match.
