The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Amado Jerold's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anastasio Itzaina was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. 7 minutes into the game, Benigno Lehen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vale Fundir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Garage Verde the free kick. After 9 minutes of play, Club Garage Verde's Eduardo Cambranes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Primitivo Lluterio was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Club Garage Verde's Placido Nataniel in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vale Fundir's goalie prevented a goal. Club Garage Verde's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Amado Jerold 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Placido Nataniel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Garage Verde's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Nataniel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Primitivo Lluterio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Vale Fundir's zone, Delmar Gutierrez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Lluterio came out of the goal and Delmar Gutierrez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benigno Lehen kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Eduardo Cambranes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Primitivo Lluterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eduardo Cambranes to make the kick off. In the 60th minute, Amado Jerold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Jerold in the 64th minute of play forced Club Garage Verde's goalkeeper Anastasio Itzaina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Club Garage Verde's Eduardo Cambranes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Primitivo Lluterio. Primitivo Lluterio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. In the 73rd minute, Eduardo Cambranes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Jerold in the 76th minute of play forced Club Garage Verde's goalkeeper Anastasio Itzaina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eduardo Cambranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Club Garage Verde getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Emanuel Sotero hit a great ball. Club Garage Verde's Anastasio Itzaina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Jerold in the 84th minute of play. When Placido Nataniel came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Club Garage Verde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Placido Nataniel couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Cambranes in the 89th minute of play forced Vale Fundir's goalkeeper Primitivo Lluterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Sotero struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Primitivo Lluterio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Garage Verde. After 94 played minutes Vale Fundir got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Lehen. If Placido Nataniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
