Spectators: 7112 (Terracing: 5443, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Arturo Arnau made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Patriaverdinegra booed when Club Garage Verde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Prejun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute Arturo Arnau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Itzaina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 played minutes Club Garage Verde got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Sotero. 13 minutes into the match, Arturo Arnau had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anastasio Itzaina. Club Garage Verde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arturo Arnau was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Patriaverdinegra's Arturo Arnau got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arturo Arnau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Itzaina having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Eloy Rufo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Patriaverdinegra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Mauro Euloxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Cambranes, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Club Garage Verde's zone, Arturo Arnau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Itzaina came out of the goal and Arturo Arnau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the match, Eloy Rufo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Club Garage Verde's Anastasio Itzaina. Anastasio Itzaina was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 43 minutes, Placido Nataniel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Garage Verde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Nataniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Eduardo Cambranes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mauro Euloxu. The goal made the score 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eduardo Cambranes to make the kick off. Mauro Euloxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Cambranes in the 53rd minute of play. If Eloy Rufo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Eloy Rufo notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Club Garage Verde's Anastasio Itzaina. Anastasio Itzaina was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arturo Arnau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Anastasio Itzaina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Cambranes during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 66th minute, Eduardo Cambranes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Placido Nataniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Euloxu having to interfere. Mauro Euloxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Nataniel in the 71st minute of the match. Anastasio Itzaina made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Eloy Rufo sent off a good shot on target. Mauro Euloxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Cambranes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaudencio Palben charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaudencio Palben the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Club Garage Verde's Eduardo Cambranes managed to work through Patriaverdinegra's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Eduardo Cambranes dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Placido Nataniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Euloxu having to interfere. Eduardo Cambranes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Patriaverdinegra supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Patriaverdinegra would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
