In the 11th minute, Enrique Maties got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Bartuelo in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregorio Hug prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ernesto Bartuelo came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the C A Parque Patricios fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Bartuelo couldn't finish the play. Eustaquio Asur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregorio Hug having to make a save. Sebastian Hartz might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gregorio Hug. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Hartz ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Cordara in the 47th minute of play forced C A Parque Patricios's goalkeeper Rosendo Rexino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Bartuelo to make the kick off. Gregorio Hug showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Asur in the 51st minute of the match. C A Parque Patricios's Rosendo Rexino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Tajo in the 55th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregorio Hug prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ernesto Bartuelo in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gregorio Hug, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Perico AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. C A Parque Patricios were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
