Spectators: 7371 (Terracing: 5529, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) Macclesfield Town's Enzo Bras started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nayef Al Mansor hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the game, Nayef Al Mansor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gavino Fagildo. Nayef Al Mansor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Nayef Al Mansor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10thth minute of the game Manuel Domeka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macclesfield Town's Gavino Fagildo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Macclesfield Town getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Jonatan Marz hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the game, Benigno Lano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Gavino Fagildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manuel Domeka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Fagildo having to interfere. Gavino Fagildo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nayef Al Mansor in the 25th minute. Macclesfield Town's Gavino Fagildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Veronica in the 26th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benigno Lano got free with Gavino Fagildo in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gavino Fagildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Veronica in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Macclesfield Town's Jonatan Marz got a free kick in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Domeka in the 43rd minute of play forced Macclesfield Town's goalkeeper Gavino Fagildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nayef Al Mansor was the one to do the kick off. Manuel Domeka struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Gavino Fagildo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MataCipayos. Gavino Fagildo came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by MataCipayos's Benigno Lano. But to his dismay, Benigno Lano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Gavino Fagildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Lano in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Macclesfield Town's goal looked a bit too open when Nayef Al Mansor came free, but Gavino Fagildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonatan Marz hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Gavino Fagildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Domeka in the 67th minute of play. Gavino Fagildo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Domeka went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After 75 minutes of play, MataCipayos's Orlando Ticho made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavino Fagildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 78th minute, Manuel Domeka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the game, MataCipayos's Benigno Lano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gavino Fagildo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Gavino Fagildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Domeka in the 83rd minute of play. Nayef Al Mansor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute Nayef Al Mansor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Fagildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
