Spectators: 7177 (Terracing: 5385, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) Tejas's Adan Loren got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 5 minutes into the game, Ramiro Ricart was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tejas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Libertadores de S.C the free kick. A collision led to Tejas getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Ramiro Ricart hit a great ball. Leonardo Leguizamón could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Zeledon Maxin made a huge save. In the 10th minute, Tejas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Esteban Tomi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Adan Loren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tejas's supporters rose to their feet, but Adan Loren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guaberto George breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute, Jesus Tonete got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matias Tello during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Matias Tello hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Guaberto George made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Tonete in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Libertadores de S.C getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Eduardo Sol hit a great ball. Guaberto George showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Loren, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes Libertadores de S.C got a freekick which was hit by Matias Tello. 36 minutes into the match, Modesto Polo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Libertadores de S.C's Guaberto George. Guaberto George was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 44th play minutes Leonardo Leguizamón shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Zeledon Maxin and just under the crossbar into goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Esteban Tomi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Libertadores de S.C's goalkeeper Guaberto George had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jesus Tonete. Guaberto George took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adan Loren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesus Tonete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaberto George made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jesus Tonete in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteban Tomi in the 84th minute of play forced Tejas's goalkeeper Zeledon Maxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Adan Loren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesus Tonete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Libertadores de S.C's goalkeeper Guaberto George had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jesus Tonete. Jesus Tonete struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Guaberto George didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tejas. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
