Eustaquio Bela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Reyes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. WisneyWorld's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Shadow F.C the free kick. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Shadow F.C's goalkeeper Everardo Lano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 25 minutes, Cecilio Sandalio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WisneyWorld's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Sandalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Cecilio Sandalio came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the WisneyWorld fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Sandalio couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Maximo Guzman took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Everardo Lano to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Maximo Guzman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Everardo Lano. That made the score 2-0 in the 44 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Ezequiel Eskuin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Lugo's late challenge caught a Shadow F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnulfo Lugo helped the player get up and apologised. Arnulfo Lugo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Dalmacio Etxeberri was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Eustaquio Bela capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eustaquio Bela really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Everardo Lano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Guzman in the 64th minute of the match. Cecilio Sandalio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Guzman in the 67th minute of play forced Shadow F.C's goalkeeper Everardo Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ezequiel Eskuin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Dalmacio Etxeberri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes WisneyWorld got a freekick which was hit by Javier Astrada. When Shadow F.C's Eustaquio Bela, in the 72nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Shadow F.C. When Arnulfo Lugo came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the WisneyWorld fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnulfo Lugo couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute, Eustaquio Bela made a precise shot to the right of Dalmacio Etxeberri. WisneyWorld's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 84th match minute, Shadow F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Eskuin to maneuver through the defense. When Eustaquio Bela came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Shadow F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustaquio Bela couldn't finish the play.
