In the 12th minute, El Ceneice's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Amadeo Confesor fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in El Ceneice's zone, Amadeo Confesor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonides Herena came out of the goal and Amadeo Confesor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th match minute, El Ceneice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Atarratze to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the El Ceneice defense, Amadeo Confesor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonides Herena. The El Ceneice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonides Herena should have stopped the shot. After having played for 23 minutes, Amadeo Confesor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Transe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Confesor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Transe's Anibal Berdoi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 30 minutes into the match, El Ceneice's goalkeeper Leonides Herena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeo Confesor. If Domingo Ovando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the game, one of El Ceneice:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Horacio Gaur shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 40th minute, Amadeo Confesor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Amadeo Confesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Pastor Juvenal made the kick off in the second half. Leonides Herena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Berdoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Anibal Berdoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Amadeo Confesor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Transe's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Confesor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonides Herena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pastor Juvenal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Garaile Naveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeo Confesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Amadeo Confesor might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonides Herena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeo Confesor ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th match minute, El Ceneice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Roderigo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Confesor in the 72nd minute of play forced El Ceneice's goalkeeper Leonides Herena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to El Ceneice getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Tomas Atarratze hit a great ball. Transe's Amadeo Confesor got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Anibal Berdoi put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Leonides Herena. In the 82nd minute Amadeo Confesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Herena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonides Herena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Confesor, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, El Ceneice's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Confesor came free, but Leonides Herena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Transe fully deserved thier win.
