Roberto Martxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Juvenal, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Moises Lop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justino Presebal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Martxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Juvenal in the 48th minute of play.

In the 60th minute, one of Yacuy AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yacuy AFC. After a defensive mix-up in El Ceneice's zone, Celedonio Sotil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonides Herena came out of the goal and Celedonio Sotil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Ceneice's goalkeeper Leonides Herena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute of the match Emilio Erauso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonides Herena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 74th minute, Jimeno Ihazintu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celedonio Sotil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonides Herena having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pastor Juvenal got free with Roberto Martxot in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Celedonio Sotil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Celedonio Sotil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonides Herena was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Roberto Martxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Lop in the 95th minute of play. The El Ceneice players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Yacuy AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
