Matias Sauveur was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Eugenio Tiniebra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Henric in the 6th minute of the match. When Mauro Lizbeth came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Basingtoke Córdoba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Lizbeth couldn't finish the play. Hipolito Txaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Sauveur having to interfere. Matias Sauveur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Arnau in the 12th minute of the match. Enrique Salbatore hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Deportivo Hacha's Eugenio Tiniebra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Henric in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match, Hipolito Txaran got a very nice opportunity to score, but Matias Sauveur was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 24th minute, Basingtoke Córdoba's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hipolito Txaran fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Basingtoke Córdoba's Matias Sauveur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Basingtoke Córdoba from getting a goal against them. Roque Henric fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Tiniebra having to interfere. Hipolito Txaran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Matias Sauveur made a huge save. Roque Henric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Eugenio Tiniebra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Roque Henric managed to get in a good position for a shot. Basingtoke Córdoba's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Henric was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Tiniebra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Erasmo Teyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gregorio Lorenz fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Basingtoke Córdoba's protests and gave Gregorio Lorenz a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Basingtoke Córdoba got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Lorenz. After having played for 48 minutes, Roque Henric managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Basingtoke Córdoba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roque Henric was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucio Arnau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hipolito Txaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Ferman kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Roque Henric took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Eugenio Tiniebra to make any attempt to save it. Basingtoke Córdoba's Matias Sauveur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Arnau in the 68th minute of play. In the 76th minute Edgard Cebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Tiniebra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Sauveur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Arnau in the 77th minute of play. When Basingtoke Córdoba's Roque Henric in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo Hacha's goalie prevented a goal. Hipolito Txaran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Iker Panpili was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Hacha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Basingtoke Córdoba the free kick. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Hacha's Iker Panpili got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Gregorio Lorenz, 94 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Eugenio Tiniebra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Henric, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. After 99 played minutes Roque Henric rounded Deportivo Hacha's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Basingtoke Córdoba players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
