The referee showed Justo Cresencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 19 minutes into the match, Calchines's Serafino Rudolfo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 21 minutes in the game, Arnulfo Lluques fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Marcial Abar having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Juan Columbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Calchines's Herminio Abajas got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. After 83 played minutes el viejo fc got a freekick which was hit by Jose Milian. In the 84th minute of the match Serafino Rudolfo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcial Abar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Igor Bartoleme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calchines's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
